About your bill
All patients with MyChart accounts are automatically enrolled in paperless billing. This means you will not receive bills in the mail.
Paperless billing is a secure, convenient and eco-friendly way to view and pay your bills.
You can view billing statements in your MyChart account, under the Billing tab. If you need a paper copy of your bill, you can print it directly from MyChart.
You will be notified of new bills through email and/or the MyChart mobile app, depending upon your notification settings. You may update your email and text notification preferences in MyChart. If you do not submit payment within 90 days, a paper reminder will be mailed to you.
If you prefer to receive paper bills, you can opt out of paperless billing. Follow these instructions, or call 833-425-0404 for assistance.
Prisma Health contracts with outside groups to provide services such as radiology, laboratory/pathology and anesthesia. Bills for those services will be provided by companies outside of Prisma Health.
